在生產(chǎn)混凝土時(shí)，混凝土攪拌車(chē)由于一整天在處于開(kāi)機狀態(tài)，因此溫度多少度是正常的，如何科學(xué)的進(jìn)行溫度檢測管理，這對生產(chǎn)工作來(lái)說(shuō)非常重要。那么混凝土攪拌車(chē)的溫度如何進(jìn)行管理？

施工環(huán)境的溫度檢測，每天在10點(diǎn)、14點(diǎn)、18點(diǎn)三個(gè)時(shí)間段進(jìn)行觀(guān)測；對攪拌材料和防凍劑溫度的測量，每工作班不少于3次；對生產(chǎn)出混凝土少3小時(shí)檢測一次；對灌筑前和振搗完畢的溫度，少每2h測量一次。

對養護期間混凝土溫度的測量：在終凝前，前三天每2h測一次，以后每晝夜指數應進(jìn)行2次。在超過(guò)養護期后，在環(huán)境發(fā)生變化時(shí)進(jìn)行抽檢7.為了測量砼內部的溫度，應在澆灌砼時(shí)預埋一些一端封閉溫管中，并立即加以覆蓋，以免受外界氣溫影響，溫度計在管中指數停留5分鐘，然后取出，迅速記下溫度。
