一、作為一臺混凝土攪拌機，要對混凝土攪拌機的箱體進(jìn)行維護，并使用新的混凝土攪拌機將箱體支架實(shí)時(shí)固定在底盤(pán)框架附近。每次在運輸混凝土并進(jìn)入清洗槽后，都須知道混凝土容易與鋼筋粘結。

1、 As a concrete mixer, it is necessary to maintain the box of the concrete mixer first, and use the new concrete mixer to fix the box bracket near the chassis frame in real time. Every time after transporting the concrete and entering the cleaning tank, it is necessary to know that the concrete is easy to bond with the reinforcement.

二、出料的對稱(chēng)性是混凝土攪拌車(chē)的重要指標之一，直接影響施工質(zhì)量。運輸混凝土時(shí)，攪拌筒的轉速應控制在2~5r/min。當混凝土坍落度較大，運輸間隔較長(cháng)時(shí)，出料前應快速移動(dòng)攪拌筒5~10次，使內部混凝土充分攪拌，大大提高出料的對稱(chēng)性。如果混凝過(guò)程中失水，應在施工現場(chǎng)加水進(jìn)行調解和充分攪拌。雖然這種環(huán)境應該停止，混凝土的質(zhì)量將無(wú)法保證。有些用戶(hù)在運輸過(guò)程中不注意速度控制，過(guò)快會(huì )增加油耗，過(guò)小會(huì )造成混凝土離析。因此，攪拌筒的轉速應嚴格按照資質(zhì)要求進(jìn)行控制，以提高混凝土的運輸質(zhì)量。

2、 The symmetry of discharging is one of the important indexes of concrete mixer truck, which directly affects the construction quality. When transporting concrete, the speed of mixing drum should be controlled at 2 ~ 5R / min. When the slump of concrete is large and the transportation interval is long, the mixing drum should be moved 5 ~ 10 times before discharging to fully mix the internal concrete and greatly improve the symmetry of discharge. In case of water loss in the process of coagulation, water shall be added to the construction site for mediation and full mixing. Although this environment should stop, the quality of concrete will not be guaranteed. Some users do not pay attention to the speed control in the transportation process, too fast will increase fuel consumption, too small will cause concrete segregation. Therefore, the rotation speed of mixing drum should be controlled strictly according to the qualification requirements to improve the transportation quality of concrete.

三、混凝土的高不能高于儲罐的大容積，因為混凝土的密度因強度等級的不同而不同。高強混凝土一般具有較高的密度，相同的體積對汽車(chē)不利。輸送混凝土的能力、質(zhì)量和坍落度應符合車(chē)輛操作手冊的規定，并應實(shí)時(shí)加注潤滑油。

3、 The maximum height of concrete cannot be higher than the maximum volume of the tank, because the density of concrete varies with the strength grade. High strength concrete generally has high density, the same volume is not good for cars. The capacity, quality and slump of concrete conveying shall meet the requirements of vehicle operation manual, and lubricating oil shall be added in real time.

四、混凝土攪拌車(chē)停在露天時(shí)，裝載前應先將攪拌筒卸去旋轉，把水泥罐中的水放掉，以保證運輸混凝土的質(zhì)量。

4、 When the concrete mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be removed and rotated before loading, and the water in the cement tank shall be drained to ensure the quality of concrete transported.

五、在高速公路上行駛時(shí)，應將卸料槽降很低位置，隨車(chē)身一起轉移垂直位置，并用鎖緊裝置將卸料槽鎖緊在車(chē)架上，以防因不而晃動(dòng)，造成傷害和事故，影響其他車(chē)輛的運行。如果梯子狀況不好，會(huì )損壞油輪的油艙軸。

5、 When driving on the expressway, the discharge chute should be lowered to a very low position and transferred to the vertical position along with the vehicle body, and the discharge chute should be locked on the frame with the locking device, so as to avoid shaking due to insecurity, causing injuries and accidents, and affecting the operation of other vehicles. If the ladder is not in good condition, the oil tank shaft of the tanker will be damaged.

六、卸料前，如果發(fā)現水分蒸發(fā)，坍落度偏低不能飽滿(mǎn)。當用戶(hù)需要時(shí)，可在攪拌筒中適當加水，然后根據進(jìn)料偏差，以6~10轉/分鐘的速度旋轉30圈后，即可出料。

6、 Before unloading, if water evaporation is found, the slump is too low to be full. When the user needs, add water properly in the mixing drum, and then rotate 30 times at the speed of 6 ~ 10 RPM according to the feed deviation, and then the material can be discharged.

七、混凝土攪拌車(chē)在運輸混凝土過(guò)程中不得將攪拌筒含動(dòng)，以免出現混凝土離析現象。

7、 The concrete mixer truck shall not move the mixing drum in the process of transporting concrete, so as to avoid concrete segregation.
