1、開(kāi)啟油箱開(kāi)關(guān)，拆下來(lái)輸油泵進(jìn)油管，看油排狀況，假如油排迅速，表明是正常的，假如油排斷斷續續查油道。

1. Turn on the oil tank switch, remove the oil inlet pipe of the oil pump and check the oil discharge condition. If the oil drain is fast, it indicates that it is normal. If the oil drain is intermittent, check the oil passage.

2、低壓油排通暢后，可以用手壓泵油道中的氣體，開(kāi)啟泵頭放氣螺絲，直沒(méi)有汽泡時(shí)，方能扭緊放氣螺絲。

2. After the low-pressure oil is drained smoothly, the gas in the oil passage can be removed with the hand pump, and the air release screw of the pump head can be opened until there is no bubble.

3、明確油道通暢，柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機提供系統軟件沒(méi)有氣體后，可拆開(kāi)來(lái)油泵檔板，旋轉控制搖桿，撥動(dòng)油泵拉杠，看拉杠是不是靈便和柱塞彈簧是不是破裂。在拉杠靈便和柱塞彈簧沒(méi)斷的狀況下，可運行柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機中速運行十分鐘，再有斷火狀況時(shí)，可以用一只銅榔頭輕輕地敲打輸油泵大螺帽，一面敲一面聽(tīng)柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機響聲，假如響聲異常，表明輸油泵活塞和推桿發(fā)卡，開(kāi)展維修或拆換。

3. Make sure that the oil passage is unobstructed and there is no gas in the system software provided by the diesel engine, remove the oil pump baffle plate, rotate the control rocker, and toggle the pull rod of the oil pump to see whether the pull rod is flexible and whether the plunger spring is broken. Under the condition that the pull rod is flexible and the plunger spring is not broken, the diesel engine can run at a medium speed for 10 minutes. If there is a fire cut-off condition, a copper hammer can be used to gently tap the big nut of the oil pump, while tapping and listening to the noise of the diesel engine. If the noise is abnormal, it indicates that the piston and push rod of the oil pump are jammed, and maintenance or replacement can be carried out.

4、如不成則應考量是油嘴不霧化，油泵柱塞彈簧和彈簧座破裂，卡住不運行，或者柴油內有水。拆下來(lái)油嘴總成查驗開(kāi)啟壓力和霧化，假如油嘴總成是正常的，可讓客戶(hù)用潔凈柴油裝進(jìn)壺中用油路旁接法開(kāi)展實(shí)驗。若再有斷火狀況應考量是發(fā)動(dòng)機狀況。

4. If not, it should be considered that the nozzle is not atomized, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken and stuck, or there is water in the diesel oil. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the customer can fill the pot with clean diesel oil and carry out the experiment by oil way side connection. If there is a broken fire condition, the engine condition should be considered.

5、拆下來(lái)噴油器總成，旋轉曲軸數圈，即有水噴出來(lái)，表明缸蓋，缸體有裂痕或沙孔，碰到這類(lèi)狀況時(shí)，可向客戶(hù)表述或向柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機公司反應。歸屬于發(fā)動(dòng)機狀況就不作敘述。

5. Remove the fuel injector assembly, rotate the crankshaft for several turns, and the water will spray out, which indicates that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. In case of such situation, you can express to the customer or respond to the diesel engine company. The engine condition is not described.
