1、全自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)減速機漏油原因闡明

1. Explanation of oil leakage in reducer of automatic mixer truck

(1)在封閉的減速機箱內，每一對齒輪相嚙合及齒輪浸入油中攪油都發(fā)生熱量。跟著(zhù)運轉時(shí)間的持久，使減速箱內溫度逐增加，箱體內潤滑油經(jīng)飛濺，灑在減速機箱體內壁，因潤滑油的粘度隨溫度升高而低落，油的滲透性更強，在箱內壓力浸箱面或軸伸密封不嚴處滲漏。

(1) In the closed reduction case, heat is generated when each pair of gears mesh and the gears are immersed in oil to stir the oil. With the lasting operation time, the temperature in the reduction box increases gradually. The lubricating oil in the box is splashed and sprinkled on the inner wall of the reduction box. Because the viscosity of the lubricating oil decreases with the increase of temperature, the oil permeability is stronger, and it leaks at the pressure immersed box surface in the box or the shaft extension seal is not tight.

(2減速機結構不公道引起漏油。如設計的減速機沒(méi)有通風(fēng)罩或通風(fēng)罩太小，減速機無(wú)法實(shí)現均壓，也會(huì )造成箱內壓力升高

(2) the unreasonable structure of the reducer causes oil leakage. If the designed reducer has no ventilation hood or the ventilation hood is too small, the reducer cannot achieve pressure equalization, which will also cause the pressure in the box to rise

(3)減速機事情情況惡劣引起漏油。如情況多塵造成通風(fēng)罩通風(fēng)結果差，不能實(shí)現均壓，高溫及有害介質(zhì)，使密封件老

(3) The reducer is in bad condition, causing oil leakage. If the ventilation result of the ventilation hood is poor due to too much dust, pressure equalization cannot be realized, high temperature and harmful media will make the seal old

(4)裝配質(zhì)量達不到要求，在維修安裝減速機封蓋時(shí)團結面密封欠好，也會(huì )呈現漏油現象。

(4) If the assembly quality fails to meet the requirements, the sealing of the unity surface is not good when repairing and installing the reducer cover, which will also show oil leakage.

2、防備全自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)減速機漏油的法子

2. Ways to prevent oil leakage of reducer of full-automatic mixer truck

(1)均壓。減速機漏油主要是由于減速機箱內壓力增加所引起，因此減速機應設有相應的通風(fēng)罩，以實(shí)現箱內和箱外壓力

(1) Equalizing pressure. The oil leakage of the reducer is mainly caused by the increase of pressure in the reducer box. Therefore, the reducer shall be equipped with corresponding ventilation hood to realize the pressure inside and outside the box

速機較量大，通風(fēng)罩不能太小。通風(fēng)罩巨細的輕便查抄要領(lǐng)是：打開(kāi)通風(fēng)罩上蓋，減速機以高速持續運轉幾分鐘之后，用壓差較大時(shí)，說(shuō)明通罩小，則應改換通風(fēng)罩，確保均壓。對在惡劣情況事情的減速機應經(jīng)常查抄通風(fēng)罩的通風(fēng)結果，發(fā)明

Due to the large competition of speed machines, the ventilation hood should not be too small. The key points of light inspection of the size of the ventilation hood are: open the upper cover of the ventilation hood, and after the reducer continues to operate at high speed for several minutes, if the pressure difference is large, it indicates that the ventilation hood is small, then the ventilation hood should be replaced to ensure pressure equalization. Check the ventilation results of the ventilation hood frequently for the reducer in bad conditions

(2)導流。減速機在高速運轉時(shí)，由于齒輪浸在油池中，在旋轉時(shí)將油帶起飛濺到箱體內壁，要使飛濺到箱體內壁的油盡及軸頭密封處存留，以防油逐漸沿上下箱體之間及軸頭浸出來(lái)?？稍跍p速機上下箱體團結面處開(kāi)回油槽，在軸頭設計出油軸頭處粘一半圓槽，使濺到上蓋的油順半圓槽兩頭流到下箱中，使飛濺到箱體上的油不會(huì )漏出。

(2) Diversion. When the reducer is running at high speed, because the gear is immersed in the oil pool, the oil belt will take off and splash on the inner wall of the box during rotation. The oil splashed on the inner wall of the box and the seal of the shaft head shall be retained to prevent the oil from gradually soaking out between the upper and lower boxes and the shaft head. The oil will not splash out of the upper and lower half of the gearbox groove, so that the oil will not splash out of the upper and lower half of the gearbox groove.
