1、隨車(chē)帶上減水劑

1. Bring water reducing agent with the car

減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車(chē)攜帶，能對混凝土進(jìn)行很好的調節。不過(guò)在加入減水劑的時(shí)候，一定要記得有商砼站化驗室的人在場(chǎng)，否則混凝土質(zhì)量強度不夠，駕駛員要承擔后果。

Water reducing agent is a kind of concrete admixture which can reduce the amount of mixing water under the condition of maintaining the constant slump of concrete. It can be carried with the car and adjust the concrete well. However, when adding water reducing agent, it is necessary to remember the presence of the laboratory of commercial concrete station, otherwise the concrete quality and strength are not enough, and the driver shall bear the consequences.

2、回廠(chǎng)檢查罐內水量

每次出車(chē)任務(wù)完成回到站內的時(shí)候，檢查儲水罐內的水量，讓水罐中的水隨時(shí)處于滿(mǎn)罐的狀態(tài)，以備不時(shí)之需。

3、離廠(chǎng)前檢查混凝土質(zhì)量

5、減少損失先卸料

如果遇到人為因素或者不可抗因素，導致長(cháng)時(shí)間無(wú)法卸料的情況，應隨時(shí)查看罐內混凝土情況，一旦發(fā)現混凝土開(kāi)始凝結。在報備負責人之后立刻進(jìn)行卸料，以防整個(gè)罐體報廢。

In case of human factors or irresistible factors that lead to long-term failure of unloading, the concrete in the tank shall be checked at any time. Once it is found that the concrete starts to set. Discharge the material immediately after reporting to the person in charge to prevent the whole tank from being scrapped.
