在設備實(shí)際操作運行過(guò)程中，全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)的變速器是一個(gè)非常重要的部件。因此，我們在使用過(guò)程中對其油質(zhì)需要有一定的檢測工作，那么我們具體應該怎么進(jìn)行操作呢？

In the actual operation of the equipment, the transmission of automatic concrete mixer is a very important part. Therefore, we need to test the oil quality in the process of use, so how should we operate?

1、將全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)停放在水平地面上，并拉緊手制動(dòng)。

1. Park the full-automatic concrete mixer on the horizontal ground and tighten the hand brake.

2、讓發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速運轉數分鐘。

2. Let the engine idle for a few minutes.

3、踩住制動(dòng)踏板，將操縱手柄撥倒擋、前進(jìn)擋等位置，并在每個(gè)擋位上停留幾秒鐘，使液力變矩器和所有換擋執行元件中都充滿(mǎn)液壓油。然后將操縱手柄撥停車(chē)擋位置。

3. Step on the brake pedal, turn the control handle to the reverse gear, forward gear and other positions, and stay at each gear for several seconds, so that the hydraulic torque converter and all shift actuators are filled with hydraulic oil. Then turn the joystick to the park position.

4、從加油管內撥出自動(dòng)變速器油尺，將擦干凈的油尺全部插入加油管再拔出，檢查油尺上的油面高度。

4. Pull out the automatic transmission dipstick from the oil filler tube, insert all the wiped dipstick into the filler pipe and pull it out again. Check the oil level on the dipstick.

在對全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)變速器進(jìn)行檢查或故障診斷前，要對變速器油面和油質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢查。把選擋手柄放在P位，將發(fā)動(dòng)機在怠速時(shí)少運轉數分鐘，油液達到正常工作溫度，汽車(chē)必須停放在水平路面上，這樣才能確保在差速器和變速器之間的油面高度正常、穩定。

The oil level and oil quality of the transmission should be checked before the transmission of automatic concrete mixer is inspected or diagnosed. Put the gear selection handle on the P position and run the engine at idle speed for at least several minutes. The oil reaches the normal working temperature. The car must be parked on the horizontal road surface, so as to ensure the normal and stable oil level between the differential and transmission.
