自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)在被我們實(shí)際操作使用過(guò)程中有時(shí)候會(huì )因為一些原因導致其出現堵料現象的發(fā)生，在在一定程度上是可以直接影響攪拌車(chē)施工效率的，那么接下來(lái)就讓小編教教大家一些如何避免它堵料的方法：

1、上下料時(shí)間參數不合理？

1. Unreasonable loading and unloading time parameters?

自動(dòng)上料機因料倉內無(wú)法加裝料位機，所以行業(yè)基本都有時(shí)間控制。如何設置時(shí)間參數，上下料時(shí)間設置其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，在初次使用時(shí)，先設置一個(gè)小的時(shí)候，然后根據每次吸料位置慢慢加，當達到料位達到吸料口的時(shí)間，再減去一秒就是合理時(shí)間。放料時(shí)間是確保放完料再加一秒。

Since the automatic feeder cannot be equipped with a material level machine in the silo, the industry basically has time control. How to set the time parameter? The setting of loading and unloading time is actually very simple. In the first use, set an hour first, and then slowly add it according to each suction position. When the material level reaches the suction port, subtract one second to be the reasonable time. The discharging time is to ensure that one second is added after discharging.

這樣做有兩個(gè)好處：一是料位太高對濾芯傷害特別大，我們有些客戶(hù)一個(gè)濾芯能用兩年有些用半年就是這個(gè)原因。二是每次料都能放干凈，下料閥在關(guān)閉的時(shí)候不會(huì )出現帶料關(guān)閥，帶料關(guān)閥對沒(méi)分鐘開(kāi)關(guān)五六次的這種頻繁工作的密封圈傷害特別大。

This has two advantages: first, the high material level is particularly harmful to the filter element. Some of our customers can use one filter element for two years and some for half a year. Second, the material can be discharged every time. When the blanking valve is closed, there will be no closing valve with material. The closing valve with material will do great harm to the sealing ring that works frequently without opening and closing five or six times a minute.

2、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)進(jìn)料口給料量是否合理

我們很多項目使用手動(dòng)料槍吸料，操作為了方便直接將料槍插入物料桶或者噸袋中，料槍吸料口被嚴實(shí)的物料壓縮，強大的負壓將滿(mǎn)滿(mǎn)的物料拉走，這對上料機傷害非常大，且極易堵塞管道。
