自拌混凝土攪拌車(chē)屬于特種車(chē)輛，不是能開(kāi)車(chē)就能開(kāi)好攪拌車(chē)的，攪拌車(chē)操作不當會(huì )引起翻車(chē)、配件過(guò)快磨損等狀況，除了影響施工，造成不必要的經(jīng)濟損失以外，甚呈現愈加嚴重的后果。想要開(kāi)好攪拌車(chē)，你得緊記以下幾條：

1.攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機發(fā)動(dòng)后，應該先讓拌和筒低速作業(yè)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可作業(yè)。

1. After the mixer engine is started, the mixing drum should be allowed to operate at low speed for about 10 minutes, and the hydraulic oil temperature should be raised to above 20 ℃.

2.攪拌車(chē)裝料前應將拌和筒反轉，確保倉斗內的積水和雜物排出，這樣能夠確?；炷恋馁|(zhì)量，確保施工質(zhì)量。

3.攪拌車(chē)在運輸混凝土時(shí)，要確?；贩胖媒Y實(shí)，防止因松動(dòng)造成搖擺，在行進(jìn)中打傷行人或影響其它車(chē)輛正常運轉。在運輸過(guò)程中，平整路面上拌和筒轉速確保在2-3轉/分，行進(jìn)在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應停止拌和旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復拌和旋轉。

3. 4.自拌混凝土攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土的時(shí)刻不能超越拌和站規則的時(shí)刻。運送混凝土途中，拌和筒不得長(cháng)時(shí)刻停轉，以防混凝土發(fā)生離析現象。司機應時(shí)常調查混凝土狀況，發(fā)現異常及時(shí)通報調度室，申請做出處理。

4. The time of transporting concrete by self mixing concrete mixer truck should not exceed the time of mixing station rules. 8. 自拌混凝土攪拌車(chē)出料完畢，應立即用隨車(chē)的軟管放水將進(jìn)料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗潔凈，排去粘結在車(chē)身遍地的污物及殘留混凝土，再向拌和筒內灌水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓拌和筒慢速滾動(dòng)，以清洗內壁，防止殘余料渣附在筒壁和拌和葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
