一、自上料攪拌車(chē)的保養方法：

1、 Maintenance method of self loading mixer:

1、液壓驅動(dòng)系統：液壓系統是攪拌車(chē)的核心系統，為保障攪拌車(chē)能正常工作，攪拌罐能運轉正常，需要在每次自上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)前檢查油路散熱器和減速機的液壓油位，保障油位指示在視窗范圍內，同時(shí)要保障其清潔性，以免塵粒和水分等污染系統液壓油，造成系統不能正常工作或損壞。

2、自上料攪拌車(chē)裝料前，應先排凈拌筒內殘存的積水和雜物，在運輸過(guò)程中要不停的轉動(dòng)，以防混凝土離析。攪拌車(chē)到達工地和卸料之前，應先使拌筒全速以14—18轉/分轉動(dòng)1—2分鐘，然后再進(jìn)行反轉卸料，反轉之前，應使攪拌筒停穩不轉
