◎混凝土攪拌車(chē)駕駛員進(jìn)入施工現場(chǎng)，須要戴帽，防止高空墜物傷人。

◎由于混凝土攪拌運輸車(chē)較高，在轉彎行駛時(shí)，須減速行駛，以防側翻。

◎混凝土攪拌車(chē)空車(chē)速度不超過(guò)60/小時(shí)，重車(chē)速度不超過(guò)50/小時(shí)。

◎攪拌車(chē)須在規定的允許時(shí)間內卸料完畢，如遇施工現場(chǎng)出現問(wèn)題，超過(guò)2小時(shí)不能卸料應及時(shí)與調度聯(lián)系，對車(chē)內混凝土及時(shí)處置，以免混凝土在攪拌筒凝固，造成攪拌筒報廢。

◎混凝土攪拌車(chē)駕駛室內定要存放滅火機，防止火災。注意滅火機不要選錯類(lèi)型，一般選用手持式干粉滅火機。還要定期對滅火機進(jìn)行檢查，保持滅火機完好，防止滅火機過(guò)期失效而不能滅火。

◎ fire extinguishers must be stored in the cab of concrete mixer truck to prevent fire. Pay attention not to select the wrong type of fire extinguisher. ◎混凝土攪拌車(chē)運輸途中如發(fā)生交通事故，請速報“122”交通事故處理、車(chē)輛保險公司、向當班調度和車(chē)輛管理人員報告，在非交通道路上發(fā)生事故，請報當地公安派出所或“110”并向當班調度和車(chē)輛管理人員報告。

◎ in case of traffic accident during the transportation of concrete mixer truck, please report to "122" traffic accident handling, vehicle insurance company and report to the on duty dispatcher and vehicle management personnel. In case of accident on non traffic road, please report to the local public security police station or "110" and report to the on duty dispatcher and vehicle management personnel.

◎攪拌運輸車(chē)在放料前，須將攪拌筒高速旋轉，在12-18圈/分鐘旋轉拌筒，使混凝土拌合均勻，避免出料時(shí)分層離析，以防混凝土不均堵管。卸料時(shí)反轉攪拌筒，速度應與泵送速度匹配，使進(jìn)入輸送泵集料斗內的混凝土始終保持在裝料高度標志線(xiàn)之上。

◎ before discharging, the mixer truck must rotate the mixing drum at high speed and rotate the mixing drum at 12-18 cycles / min to mix the concrete evenly and avoid layered segregation during discharging, so as to prevent uneven concrete blocking. ◎駕駛員行車(chē)中，請觀(guān)察各儀表是否工作正常，車(chē)輛行駛中有無(wú)異味、異響。請遵章守紀。中速行駛，注意車(chē)輛、行人動(dòng)態(tài)，保障運輸途中交通，混凝土攪拌車(chē)進(jìn)入工地，請注意工地路況，防止車(chē)輛陷落或傾覆，避免鋼管、石塊刺壞輪胎，靠泵請下車(chē)觀(guān)察且緩慢靠上，避免撞壞混凝土泵。

When driving at medium speed, pay attention to the dynamics of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure traffic safety during transportation. Please get off the pump and lean up slowly to avoid damaging the concrete pump.

◎駕駛員出車(chē)前，請繞車(chē)一周，檢査車(chē)輛車(chē)容是否整潔，要檢査混凝土攪拌車(chē)的各個(gè)部位情況，各部件是否工作有效，特別是要檢査剎車(chē)、燈光，輪胎情況，保障輪胎螺絲不松不少，氣壓正常、轉向靈活、制動(dòng)有效、燈光喇叭正常、攪拌筒運轉正常順暢、加滿(mǎn)車(chē)上水箱水，并檢査駕駛證、行車(chē)證是否隨帶、車(chē)輛牌照是否齊全清潔。

◎ before leaving the vehicle, the driver shall walk around the vehicle to check whether the vehicle appearance is clean, check the conditions of all parts of the concrete mixer and whether all safety components work safely and effectively, especially check the conditions of brakes, lights and tires, so as to ensure that the tire screws are not loose, the air pressure is normal, the steering is flexible, the braking is effective, the light horn is normal, and the mixing drum operates normally and smoothly Fill up the water tank on the vehicle, and check whether the driver's license and driving license are accompanied, and whether the vehicle license plate is complete and clean.
