吸空現象時(shí)造成液壓泵噪音過(guò)高的主要原因之一。當油液中混入空氣后,很容易在高壓區形成氣穴現象,并以壓力波的形式傳播,造成油液震蕩,導致系統產(chǎn)生氣蝕噪音,主要原因有兩方面;液壓泵內部元件過(guò)度磨損,如柱塞泵的缸體與配流盤(pán)、柱塞孔等配合件的磨損、拉傷,使液壓泵內泄漏嚴重,當液壓泵輸出高壓、小流量油液時(shí)將產(chǎn)生流量脈動(dòng),引發(fā)較高噪音。此時(shí)可適當加大先導系統變量的機構偏角,以改善內泄漏對泵輸出流量的影響。液壓泵的伺服閥閥芯、控制流量的活塞也會(huì )因局部磨損、拉傷,使活塞在移動(dòng)的過(guò)程中脈動(dòng),造成液壓泵輸出流量和壓力的波動(dòng),從而在泵出口產(chǎn)生較大振動(dòng)和噪音。此時(shí)可對磨損、拉傷嚴重的元件進(jìn)行刷鍍研配或更換處理。

The servo valve core of the hydraulic pump and the piston that controls the flow will also be worn and strained locally, which will make the piston pulsating in the process of moving, resulting in the fluctuation of the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump, resulting in greater vibration and noise at the pump outlet. At this time, the components with serious wear and tear can be processed by brush plating or replacement.
壓泵流盤(pán)也是引發(fā)噪音的重要元件之一。配流盤(pán)在使用中因表面磨損或油泥沉積在卸荷槽開(kāi)啟處,都會(huì )是卸荷槽變短而改變卸荷位置,產(chǎn)生困油現象,繼而引發(fā)較高噪音。

自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)的管路也會(huì )產(chǎn)生噪音,原因多半是管路死彎過(guò)多或固定卡子松脫。所以在管路的布置上應該避免死彎,對松脫的卡子須及時(shí)擰緊。
