1、混凝土攪拌機粉塵控制：攪拌機易產(chǎn)生粉塵的地方主要是攪拌機投料口和料場(chǎng)。所選設備的攪拌機屬封閉攪拌，為進(jìn)一步粉塵，增設活動(dòng)彩鋼板作塵面，密閉排塵口的空間，在水泥投料口增設兩外對稱(chēng)水霧噴射管，防止粉塵擴散。料場(chǎng)的粉塵可根據堆放地的固定位置，設置電控或手動(dòng)的噴霧裝置，控制粉塵的逸散，確保粉塵達標。

1. Dust control of concrete mixer: the place where the mixer is easy to produce dust is mainly the mixer feeding port and material yard. The mixer of the selected equipment belongs to closed mixing. In order to further eliminate the dust, the movable color steel plate is added as the dust surface, the space of the dust discharge port is closed, and two symmetrical water mist spray pipes are added at the cement feeding port to prevent the dust diffusion. The dust of the material yard can be set according to the fixed position of the stacked ground, and the electric control or manual spraying device is arranged to control the dispersion of the dust and ensure the dust reaching the standard.

2、混凝土攪拌機廢水處理：在產(chǎn)生廢水的地方設排水溝，在排水溝終端設三級沉淀池，將固液分離，配置一臺自吸式水泵，將沉淀后的水循環(huán)使用，使整個(gè)生產(chǎn)區域的廢水實(shí)現經(jīng)全部處理后循環(huán)使用，即達到環(huán)境排放標準。

2. Wastewater treatment of concrete mixer: a drainage ditch is set at the place where wastewater is generated, and a three-stage sedimentation tank is set at the end of the drainage ditch to separate the solid and liquid, and a self-priming pump is equipped to recycle the water after sedimentation, so that the wastewater in the whole production area can be recycled after all treatment, that is, it can meet the environmental discharge standard.

3、混凝土攪拌機噪音控制：噪音主要來(lái)自設備，所選的設備經(jīng)配置優(yōu)化，設備自身的噪音較小，在使用過(guò)程中加強保養和檢修，即延長(cháng)設備的使用壽命，又可降低噪音污染。根據實(shí)際情況也可設隔間墻、隔間帶。

3. Noise control of concrete mixer: the noise mainly comes from the equipment. The selected equipment has been optimized, and the noise of the equipment itself is small. In the process of use, strengthen the maintenance and repair, that is to extend the service life of the equipment, and reduce the noise pollution. According to the actual situation, partition wall and partition belt can also be set.

4、混凝土攪拌機固體廢棄物處理：在生產(chǎn)及生活中產(chǎn)生的不可循環(huán)利用的廢棄物和生活垃圾，將建垃圾池統一堆放并統一管理、統一處理。攪拌機周?chē)鸁o(wú)學(xué)校，基本無(wú)居民，投入要求不高，投入費用不大?；炷翑嚢铏C將通過(guò)加強管理把攪拌機建成一個(gè)綠色型混凝土攪拌機。

4. Solid waste treatment of concrete mixer: the non recyclable waste and domestic garbage generated in production and life will be piled up in the garbage pool, managed and treated in a unified way.
